Poached, on toasted sourdough, with avocado and a flat white.
Shrimp & Grits
Stone-ground, with andouille and a smoked pepper sauce.
Tuna Poke Bowl
Cubed raw tuna, rice, edamame, avocado and pickled ginger.
Steak Frites
Sirloin, sliced, with herb butter and peppercorn sauce.
Caesar
Romaine hearts, shaved parmesan, torn croutons. Add shrimp.
Espresso Martini
Made properly, with coffee pulled to order rather than poured.
The Bar
A drink, and somewhere to put it.
Full bar from midday, cocktails made rather than poured, and a wine list short enough to actually read. Every seat has the water in it.
No reservation needed at the bar. Come down as you are.
