Run Rabbit Run is an independent studio that writes the song, shoots the video, builds the website and then makes the game. It has been doing that for fifteen years, mostly for bands, venues and local businesses, and always in house from the first sketch to the day it ships.

One studio carries the idea from the first sketch to the finished thing. Nothing is handed off half way, so nothing gets lost on the way.
The render pipeline, the music station, the console that runs the place: when the tool we need does not exist, we make it. It runs on our own machines, not a rented cloud.
Most of our clients have been with us for years. A site is not finished when it goes live. It is finished when it has been kept fast, safe and current for a long time.

Who we are
Run Rabbit Run Productions LLC (“Run Rabbit Run”, “we”, “us”) is a creative production company. This policy covers this website, runrabbitrunproductions.com, and the internal software we operate for our own business, including our operations console (the “Master Control Program”), which connects to Google services.
Information we collect on this website
We collect as little as possible. Our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time of request) for security and troubleshooting. We do not run advertising trackers. If you contact us by email, we keep your message so we can reply.
Our software and Google user data
Our internal operations console connects to Google accounts that belong to Run Rabbit Run and to the people who run it. When one of those accounts is connected, the software may read email, calendar events and Drive file listings for that account, and may send email from it only when the account’s owner directly instructs it to.
The data it reads is used for one purpose: helping us run our own business (reading our own mail, keeping track of our own bookings and files). It is stored on equipment we control. It is not sold, not shared with third parties, not used for advertising, and not used to train machine learning models.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
A connected account can be disconnected at any time from inside the software, or by removing the app’s access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Removing access deletes the stored sign-in on our side; any previously read data is removed on request.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only when the law requires it, or with service providers (such as our web host) who process it on our behalf under their own privacy commitments.
Retention
Server logs are kept for a limited period by our host and then discarded. Email correspondence is kept for as long as we need it to serve you. Google user data read by our software is kept only as long as it is useful for the business purpose described above.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will respond.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.

Production services, deliverables, timelines and fees are agreed in writing for each project. Those written agreements govern that work. Nothing on this site is an offer or a quote.
No warranty
This site is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate and available but make no promise that it will be error free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, Run Rabbit Run Productions LLC is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site.
